I always enjoyed finding thin frozen layers of ice when out walking around on cold days. The crackling sound when stepped on makes a very satisfying sound. This ice formation looked like it had been shattered and then refrozen. Almost looks like a shattered mirror. Shot in black and white it has great tones from absolute black to pure white.
